Although the Lean heritage stems from the automotive industry it applies to the laboratory setting equally well. Either being a QC-lab on a production site, a high throughput screening laboratory in the pharmaceutical industry or a high profile fundamental research lab, all can greatly benefit from the continuous improvement insights available. Translating these improvement concepts to a laboratory environment may sometimes be a bit tricky. Our Lean training and on the job guidance for laboratories bridges that gap.
