WHAT DO WE DO TO BUILD A CULTURE OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT?
TRAINING, COACHING AND FACILITATING LEAN BASED
DEVELOPMENT OF A LEAN CULTURE IS BASED ON THREE PILLARS
BUILDING LEAN KNOWLEDGE
Obtain a thorough understanding of the Lean philosophy and techniques for continuous improvement with our training and workshops.
PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF LEAN
See without prejudice, identify obstacles, analyze its causes, develop and test countermeasures. With coaching and on the job guidance we guide you through the implementation of continuous improvement in your organization.
With guidance, on the job training and personal coaching we guide the development of a continuous improvement culture. We engage people at the bench, middle management and top executives in building a learning organization.
THIS DEVELOPMENT IS CENTERED AROUND AN ADVANCED TEAM
THE ADVANCED TEAM
The members of this advanced team represent their local units or departments.
They will transform first and in their turn guide the Lean transformation in their local teams.
WHICH STEP ARE YOU WILLING TO TAKE?
INEX (Innovation Excellence)
At the heart of the Lean philosophy lies the scientific method. It may sound strange but Lean thinking is hardly ever heard of in the scientific arena, while Lean thinking has so much to offer to research teams. Our INEX program brings all the Lean insights and more to your research department to improve the innovative power of your research teams.
- You will increase the ability of everyone to solve problems they face in their work
- You will increase the innovation output of your research teams.
- You will reduce effort and time to deliver innovation to your customers.
When you have established INEX in your research departments you have created an environment in which innovation can flourish.
The Lean Laboratory
Learn and understand the Lean philosophy and the techniques and how they apply to the laboratory situation. Although the Lean heritage stems from the automotive industry it applies to the laboratory setting equally well. Either being a QC-lab on a production site, a high throughput screening laboratory in the pharmaceutical industry or a high profile fundamental research lab, all can greatly benefit from the continuous improvement insights available. Translating these improvement concepts to a laboratory environment may sometimes be a bit tricky. Our Lean training and on the job guidance for laboratories bridges that gap.
Together with your team you work intensely on improving one of the team’s work processes. Simultaneously you will significantly improve the teams’ cooperation and your leadership skills. Together with your team you’ll define where and how to improve and to build a better team. By the end of this ‘real life teambuilding’ you will have an engaged revitalized team, you will have improved your leadership over the team and have build a better process that brings more value to your customers.
